Stephanie brings a unique blend of clinical knowledge, movement expertise, and real-world performance experience to her physiotherapy practice.
Before becoming a Physiotherapist, Steph worked as a paediatric Occupational Therapist, giving her a strong foundation in understanding how bodies move, adapt and recover across all stages of life.
Her love for movement expanded when she stepped into the world of Pole, Aerial and Circus arts in 2018. What began as a hobby quickly became a passion, leading her to become a Pole instructor and performer. Through teaching and competing, Steph discovered how powerful it is to help people move better, feel stronger, and achieve goals they once thought were out of reach.
This passion inspired her to pursue a Master’s in Physiotherapy, graduating in 2024, and today she combines her clinical training with her deep understanding of performance, strength and functional movement.
Steph works with people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities, from those managing pain or injury, to those wanting to move better and get more out of life.
She is known for creating a welcoming, culturally safe and inclusive space where every patient feels comfortable, supported and empowered.
You’ll likely share a laugh with her during your session, whether you're working through rehab exercises or being gently distracted from dry needling!
